Posting Summary

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seeks a AP/CP board-certified pathologist, with M.D. or M.D./Ph.D., preferably fellowship trained with sub-specialty in surgical pathology for a full-time Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor level faculty position, non-tenure. In addition to demonstrating strong clinical skills, the applicant will also participate in the education of pathology residents and medical students. The applicant should have evidence of academic productivity and is expected to pursue scholarly activities and collaborative research. The mission of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is to maintain and enhance a uniform standard of excellence in the areas of clinical service, research and teaching, and to create an environment in which synergistic interactions among these components of professional activity lead to improved patient care and continued academic growth.


Minimum Education and Experience

Must be AP/CP board-certified pathologist with M.D or M.D./Ph.D. preferably fellowship trained with sub-specialty in surgical pathology
