Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a full-time temporary Grants Facilitator for the Center for Women’s Global Leadership (CWGL). CWGL is a leading feminist human rights organization focusing on achieving equality by ending gender-based discrimination and violence.
The Grants Facilitator reports to the Assistant Director, Finance & Administration and provides administrative and accounting services for sponsored programs from proposal submission to post-award closeout.

Minimum Education and Experience

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills, including with diverse national and international partners.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge and understanding of grants management, administration,organization, coordination, facilitation, bookkeeping, and report writing.
Must be able to work independently.

Equipment Utilized

High-degree of computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat are required.
The ability to utilize website content management systems.
