The Clinical Psychology Department in the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University, New Brunswick is seeking outstanding candidates for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin September 2018. The successful candidate will have research and teaching expertise in one or more of the following areas: integrated behavioral health psychology, clinical interventions research, and dissemination and implementation sciences. GSAPP is one of the highest ranked and most respected Psy.D.programs in the country, with an impressive faculty, known for leadership in the field. It is nationally recognized for its excellence in the education and training of professional psychologists and the clinical research of its faculty. The new faculty member will benefit from established links to: the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program; School of Arts and Sciences; the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research; University Behavioral Health Care; and the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Candidates must have a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, will be expected to develop and maintain an active, extramurally funded research program, teach at the graduate level, and contribute to clinical training. Minimum Education and Experience

•A doctoral degree in clinical psychology;
•Licensed or Licensed Eligible for the independent practice of psychology in New Jersey;
•An active program of research and publications in one or more of the following areas:
-Integrated Behavioral Health Psychology
-Clinical Interventions Research
-Dissemination and Implementation Sciences

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•The ability to teach doctoral level clinical psychology courses;
•The ability to provide clinical and research supervision of doctoral students;
•Candidates will be expected to develop and maintain an active, extramurally funded research program.
•Strong commitment to professional training of clinical psychologists.
