Rutgers University-Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking an Unit Administrator/Specialist (Temporary) for Newark, New Jersey for the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing (NJCCN).

The person in this role will act as a consultant to NJCCN on research, statistical and technical management of supply and demand data for the nursing workforce. Some duties include but are not limited to:
- Ability to do forecast modeling. Collaborates with numerous individuals both in the Center and outside the Center.
- Accountable for metrics, protocol management of data.
- Develops procedures for reporting.
- Develops reports as requested.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Economics or Master’s degree or PHD preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Programs SPSS and excel or comparable program required.
