Provides administrative support to the Vice President for Enrollment management during the absence of the Senior Administrative Assistant.
Organizes and coordinates meetings and travel arrangements; answers phones; conducts follow-up tasks and operations; prepares materials for meetings; assists in resolving routine issues; assists others in the office, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Requires up to two years relevant experience in an administrative function, good communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
