Under the guidance of the Director, Project Services, leads a team of professionals to include the University client, landscape architects, architectural and engineering consultants, project specialist(s), Rutgers Environmental Health and Safety officers and OUPD from inception through completion of construction projects.
This position will oversee major projects at the University.

Position Salary $80,000 - 90,000

Terms of Appointment Temporary Staff Appointment - Salaried 12 Month


Minimum Education and Experience
Preferred Qualifications

Professional engineering/registered Architect license preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field with a minimum of five years of experience, that includes design experience, in the industry as a project manager, architect or engineer.
Ability coordinate multiple, simultaneous projects, anticipating project needs and maintaining effective communication with all involved parties throughout the process. Must strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
