Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Secretarial Assistant III – Passaic County for the EFNEP and SNAP-Ed program. This position reports to the Program Associate I of Passaic County’s Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – Education (SNAP-Ed) work unit, this position will provide administrative support for the EFNEP and SNAP-Ed program.

|Minimum Education and Experience||
•Requires a high school/vocational school education or equivalent, plus one of the following:
|Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities||
• Requires demonstrated data entry/word-processing/typing skills and working knowledge and the ability to use basic spreadsheet, word-processing, database software, and email (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
•Knowledge of Cornerstone and TABER expense management.

•Must be able to lift 35 lbs
