“Rutgers-legacy UMDNJ position” is a term used to denote a position which, historically, was associated with the former University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Many of these positions exist at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS), though some may exist in Central Administration or other areas within the University.

RBHS job postings do not include open positions at Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, the Rutgers College of Nursing, and the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research. Open positions for those three units can be found in the Rutgers University Applicant Tracking System.
